Man to be sentenced for deadly police chase

A Riverhead man who led police on a deadly chase is set to be sentenced today.

John Licausi was convicted in May of aggravated vehicular homicide. In 2008, Licausi was speeding away from officers when he ran a red light in Medford and plowed into a car. Scott Foster, of Manorville, was killed.

Cops say Licausi was high on cocaine at the time. He faces up to 25 years in prison.
