Driver accused of DWI after car flips in Commack
A driver from Brentwood is facing DWI charges after police say his car flipped over in Commack.
Police say Juan Fuentes lost control on Daly Road and hit a tree.
Fuentes and his passenger were taken to the hospital. They are expected to be OK.
