Some Best Buy customers are putting the retailer on their naughty list this year.
With just a few days before Christmas, the retail giant says it won't be able to fill some online orders.
What's making customers extremely incensed is the fact that some of these orders -- which have now been canceled by Best Buy -- were placed back in November.
Best Buy officials will not comment on how many orders were affected or which products are out of stock.
