A Roosevelt man is accused of trying to kill his landlord.
Police say Joseph Bruno, 41, was told yesterday afternoon that he had to move out of his basement apartment because the house was being foreclosed.According to police, a fight broke out and Bruno shot the guy in the arm, pistol whipped him and tried to shoot him in the head.
The victim got away and called police.
Bruno is charged with attempted murder.
