Violence breaks out at Occupy Wall Street protest

? Thousands of people, including Long Islanders, joined the Occupy Wall Street protest yesterday.

Several major unions joined in the protests and late last night violence broke out.

At least a dozen demonstrators were arrested after they broke through police barriers.

There are also reports that a TV reporter and cameraman were hurt after being hit with a police baton and mace.
