Man accused of shooting same guy 2 times in 1 week to face judge

A Huntington man accused of shooting the same guy on two different days in one week will face a judge today.

On July 12, a 21-year-old man was shot in Greenlawn. That same man was then shot again in downtown Huntington just five days later.

The victim was not seriously hurt in either shooting. The accused gunman, Arthur Ellis, 28, of Greenlawn, was arrested shortly after the second shooting.

Ellis will be arraigned in Riverhead this morning.
