School officials to hold meeting on TB scare in Commack

School officials held one of two special meetings for parents and students to learn more about the tuberculosis scare at Commack High School. The first informational meeting, attended by hundreds, was held tonight at the high school. School officials gave an informative presentation on the disease and how one can be infected with it.

News 12 Long Island has been told an unidentified person at the high school has tuberculosis. As many as 400 students and staff may have been exposed to the disease.
