Doctor accused in LIRR disability scam heads back to court

? A doctor accused in the Long Island Rail Road disability scam is heading back to court today. Officials announced that a total of 11 people are charged in the scheme. Prosecutors say disability pensions were handed out to almost every railroad worker who applied. Officials say two doctors are accused of writing up phony medical evaluations for cash. A judge in Manhattan could set bail for Dr. Peter Lesniewski, of Rockville Centre.
