Governor wants review of state utility companies

? Gov. Andrew Cuomo wants a review of all state utilities following the storm-related power outages of recent weeks. Cuomo wants the Public Service Commission to look at how the utilities handled tropical storms Irene and Lee. Nearly 1 million people statewide lost power during Irene. Some Long Islanders had no electricity for nine days.
