Hikers released from Iranian prison back on US soil

Two American hikers released from an Iranian prison are back on U.S. soil tonight for the first time in more than two years.

Josh Fattal and Shane Bauer were arrested in 2009 and charged with spying after unknowingly crossing the Iranian border. They arrived at JFK this morning after a $1 million bail deal.

Fellow hiker Sarah Shourd, who was freed last year, was with the duo as they returned home. Shourd and Bauer became engaged while they were in jail.
