Police: Westbury woman reported false crimes

A Westbury woman is accused of calling police and reporting multiple false crimes, including a homicide.

Police say 43-year-old Elizabeth Buckley called police from her cell phone four different times in June and July. On one of those occasions, investigators say Buckley reported a homicide at a Westbury bar.

According to authorities, Buckley also falsely reported assaults, kidnappings and sexual assaults.

Buckley is expected to be arraigned today.
