Information on home prices on LI to be released today

? Is the value of Long Island home prices going up or down? The Multiple Listing Service of Long Island is expected to release this information today.

In May, the median price of a home was $310,000 in Suffolk County and $409,000 in Nassau County. Those numbers were better than the month before. The numbers are still below the price of what people were asking for their homes about a year ago.
