Seaford homeowner catches alleged burglar on surveillance

? Cops say an accused serial burglar was caught by a homeowner on camera in Seaford.

Investigators say the homeowner was at work, but watching his Washington Avenue house via surveillance camera.

Cops say the owner of the home saw Mark McLloyd loading his stuff into a bag and called the cops. McLloyd was arrested in the backyard.

Police say McLloyd also had objects from a nearby burglary on him.

McLloyd is accused of burglarizing two other homes.
