Experts say 'pollen vortex' could make for bad allergy season

Experts are predicting that the frigid winter may lead to an unbearable allergy season, which they are calling the "pollen vortex."
Dr. David Rosenthal, an allergy specialist at LIJ Medical Group, says he's already treating allergy patients. With the cold weather lingering, Rosenthal believes the pollen vortex could mean a shorter, but more intense allergy season.
Rosenthal says pollen season usually lasts through the fall.
