Police say three people have been arrested following a major drug bust across the area.
Officials say about 44 pounds of heroin and 17 pounds of crystal methamphetamine have been seized.
According to officials, the drugs belonged to a sophisticated drug trafficking ring that operated out of an apartment building in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan.
Investigators say the drugs were going to be distributed to several locations, including Long Island, New York City, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
