Police: Man stabbed in massive Calverton brawl near Cinco de Mayo on Middle Country Road
Police are looking for the suspect accused of stabbing a man during a massive brawl outside of a Calverton restaurant.
Officials say it happened near Cinco de Mayo on Middle Country Road at around 3:30 a.m. yesterday.
The brawl involved nearly 100 people, police say.
The stabbing victim is expected to be OK.
Police have identified their suspect as Demetris Brown. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Riverhead police at 631-727-4500.
