Commercial fisherman from Levittown admits to overfishing fluke
A commericial fisherman from Levittown has taken a plea deal after being accused of overfishing for fluke.
Federal officials say Anthony Joseph fished around 310,000 pounds of fluke beyond the legal limit.
Joseph allegedly falsified documents to cover up his hauls.
Authorities say Joseph must complete community service and pay $692,000 in fines and restitution.
