Miller Place High School Students United For Safer Schools uses silence to fight bullying

Miller Place High School students today used silence to combat bullying.

Members of the school's Students United For Safer Schools participated in the nationally recognized Day of Silence.

Students kept silent to draw attention to the many victims of bullying who feel they don't have a voice.

More than 150 students took part in the event today in Miller Place.
