A community comes out in force to try to save a little boy's life.
Jackson Edwards, of Port Jefferson Station, was diagnosed with leukemia last year. The 7-year-old, who loves super heroes, has already undergone two rounds of chemotherapy. Family members say Jackson may also need a bone marrow transplant.
Last night, close to 100 people went to Jackson's elementary school where they had their cheeks swabbed to register as a potential bone marrow donor.
"It just touches our heart very deeply...you can actually be someone's miracle," says Jackson's aunt, DeeDee Edwards.
