A Freeport man is accused of dealing drugs from a postal truck.
Police say 24-year-old Jennie Pappas, of Wantagh, walked into a parking lot at the post office on Merrick Road in Merrick at around 7 p.m. Wednesday. They say 29-year-old Jimmy Henry allegedly sold Pappas marijuana that was stashed in one of the postal trucks.
Police say they approached the suspects and then found a black bag containing pot in the truck.
Pappas and Henry were both arrested on unlawful possession of marijuana. Henry is also charged with criminal sale of marijuana. Both are due in court on April 23.
