Onesta Reyes pleads guilty to stealing from Great Neck business

Investigators say a bookkeeper stole thousands of dollars from a Great Neck business.

According to police, Onesta Reyes pleaded guilty yesterday to stealing over $300,000 from the contracting company she worked at.

Nassau District Attorney Kathleen Rice says the West Babylon woman used the stolen funds to buy clothing, shoes and jewelry.

Reyes faces prison time when she is sentenced in June.
