Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged kicks off this weekend in Nassau County

The Nassau County Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged will kick off this weekend.



Physically challenged teens are preparing for the annual event, which features competitions in basketball, swimming and track and field.



Nassau County and other supporters raised $150,000 to make the games possible.



The games will be held May 29-May 31 at the Mitchell Athletic Complex in Eisenhower Park.
