Historic Bedell House in Old Bethpage torn down
A historic home on Long Island has been torn down. 
The Bedell House at Old Bethpage Village Restoration was knocked down. 
Newsday reports plans to restore the house were never fulfilled. 
The house was built in 1833 and moved to the Village Restoration 31 years ago.
