Another person has pleaded guilty in the case of stealing customer credit and debit information from Long Island Rail Road ticket machines.
Teodora Zaharia pleaded guilty to larceny charges Friday. She is now the third person to plead guilty in the case, after Dorin Husa and Niculae Petre pleaded guilty last week.
Prosecutors say Zaharia, along with three others, used cameras and credit card skimmers at several LIRR and Metro-North stations, stealing more than $70,000 from customers.
Prosecutors will ask for nine months in jail when Zaharia is sentenced next month.
