Teen accused of gaining access to top of WTC

Officials say a teenager has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass after making his way to the top of the new World Trade Center building.
According to police, the unidentified 16-year-old boy from Weehawken, N.J. bypassed security in the middle of the night this past Sunday.
The Port Authority says the teen got through a one-foot opening in a fence, climbed scaffolding to enter the tower and then got past a guard on the 104th floor.
The teen apparently did it all to take pictures.
The teen's camera and cellphone have been seized.
The teen is now charged with criminal trespass.
