The world's largest producer of square knishes sent out its first shipment since a fire shut down production. A fire damaged a machine at Gabila's Knishes, based out of Copiague, back in September.

Gabila’s Knishes back in business after September fire in Copiague
The world's largest producer of square knishes sent out its first shipment since a fire shut down production.
A fire damaged a machine at Gabila's Knishes, based out of Copiague, back in September.
Gabila's typically produces 15 million square knishes a year. The five Ben's Deli locations in New York sell 10,000 Gabila's knishes a week combined.
News 12 was at the Long Island Bagel Café in Merrick, where the first batch of knishes received rave reviews from customers.
