1-800-Flowers under fire after delivery mixup

Customers are lashing out at 1-800-Flowers, claiming the company blew it on Valentine's Day.

Customers on Long Island and beyond say the Carle Place-based company sent wrong orders, wilted flowers or nothing at all. Many took to social media to vent their frustrations.

1-800-Flowers has posted a statement blaming the nor'easter. It says, "Despite severe weather conditions, we were still able to help the vast majority of our customers deliver a smile....If a customer is not completely satisfied, our caring team is committed to working with them until we have delivered a smile."

1-800-Flowers also retweeted praise from happy customers.
