Officials say an all clear has been given following a gas main break in Farmingdale that forced the evacuation of some homes. The gas main break happened just after 11:30 a.m., and police shut down

All clear given after Farmingdale gas main break
Officials say an all clear has been given following a gas main break in Farmingdale that forced the evacuation of some homes.
The gas main break happened just after 11:30 a.m., and police shut down the area around Elizabeth and Conklin streets.
Officials say homes on Elizabeth Street were evacuated for approximately 45 minutes.
The Farmingdale Village mayor tells News 12 the gas leak happened at the Jefferson Plaza construction site.
