News 12 Long Island is mourning the loss of friend and colleague Judy Martin, who passed away Friday night.
Judy began appearing on News 12 in 1988 and was an Emmy award-winning journalist who covered several big stories over the years, including Sept. 11. She also worked for NPR and CNBC.
Judy was a well-known blogger who wrote about the importance of balancing work and your personal life. She was spiritual, one of a kind, had a great sense of humor and loved her job.
Judy will truly be missed. News 12's thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
