Edward Mangano was sworn in Thursday as the Nassau County executive for a second term.
The two-hour ceremony took place at Bethpage High School, which Mangano attended as a student.
Because no one remembered to bring a bible, Mangano took the oath using a bible app on an iPad.
Mangano defeated former Nassau County Executive Tom Suozzi to win re-election.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Seaford Rep. Peter King and Sen. Chuck Schumer attended the ceremony.
