3 men accused in Splish Splash BMX stunt plead not guilty

Three men accused of turning Splish Splash waterpark into their personal BMX course pleaded not guilty today in court.

Billy Perry, Jonathan Nemecek and Anthony Panza were arraigned Wednesday on criminal trespassing charges in a Riverhead courtroom.

Police are offering a reward for information leading to at least four more riders wanted in connection with the stunt.

Millions of people saw the YouTube video Perry posted of the BMX bike riders racing down waterslides at Splish Splash on Thanksgiving Day.

The riders are due back in court in February.

Editor's note: A previous version of this story stated four suspects were arraigned. The article has been updated to reflect the correct number.
