Ex-Suffolk police chief to serve rest of prison time in PA

Disgraced former Suffolk Police Chief James Burke will serve the rest of his prison term in Pennsylvania.



Burke was transferred to a minimum security federal prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania.



Prison records say that's where he will serve the rest of his 46-month sentence.



Burke was convicted of assaulting suspect Christopher Loeb and the conspiring to cover it up.
