A traffic stop in Freeport led to the man police say is behind a burglary spree in Nassau County. Andre Hampton, of Queens, is accused of robbing everything from landscaping businesses and nurseries

Man accused in 10 burglaries across Nassau
A traffic stop in Freeport led to the man police say is behind a burglary spree in Nassau County.
Andre Hampton, of Queens, is accused of robbing everything from landscaping businesses and nurseries to car and tire shops.
In addition to cash and credit cards, Hampton is also accused of stealing DMV inspection stickers.
Hampton is charged with 10 burglaries from Elmont to Syosset.
