Police say a Sag Harbor man has been delivering heroin to his customers via their mailboxes.
Officers arrested Joseph Dowling for allegedly leaving the drugs in his customers' mailboxes.
Police say the 24-year old had a large amount of heroin, as well as a needle on him when they arrested him Friday.
East Hampton Police are asking anyone with more information to call 631-537-7575.
