Police: 2 men attempt to rob Copiague gas station
Police say two men wearing ski masks tried to rob a Copiague gas station Saturday night.
It happened just after 10 p.m. at the Pilot Station on Montauk Highway.
One of men had a gun and police say he fired it.
There is no word yet if anyone was shot, but News 12 has learned one of the gas station employees did suffer an unspecified minor injury.
Police say the suspects left empty-handed after the employees fought them off.
