Suspect sought in gunpoint robbery outside Friendly's in Baldwin
Police are searching for the suspect in a gunpoint robbery in Baldwin. 
Police say a man jumped in the back of a car and pointed a gun at the driver's head. 
The incident happened at the parking lot of the Friendly's on Merrick Road late last night.
According to police, the victim was waiting for his girlfriend to return with food when the suspect jumped in the backseat and pulled out the gun. 
The victim was robbed of a gold chain and cash.
The gunman ran from the parking lot and may have taken off in a white car with dark tinted windows.
