Arrests made in connection to overdose death of LI doctor

Police say they have made an arrest in connection to the overdose death of a Long Island dermatologist and mom.

Police say HBO producer Marc Johnson and his friend James Holder are facing charges in the woman's death. The two allegedly tried to cover up the fact that they were with Dr. Kiersten Cerveny the night she died of a cocaine overdose in October.

Court documents say Johnson and Holder were seen moving Cerveny's body from Holder's apartment to the front door of the West 16th Street building.

Johnson and Holder are facing drug and conspiracy charges.

The men are not charged with causing Cerveny's death.
