A Valley Stream man is accused of stalking and unlawful surveillance after he was allegedly caught filming an upskirt video with his cellphone earlier this month.
Police say Renaldy Jeannot, 25, recorded the lewd videos in Garden City on May 9.
The victim allegedly wrote down his car registration information and called police.
Jeannot was arrested on Monday. Police say videos of the victim were found on his phone.
