Police are investigating after a Mastic Beach deli was robbed at knifepoint.
The incident happened at the Neighborhood Country Market on Whittier Drive around 9:30 p.m. Monday.
Police say the suspect used a knife to hold up the deli. No one was hurt.
Police do not believe the incident is connected to the string of at least 17 knifepoint robberies across Long Island.
