With Memorial Day weekend right around the corner, the LIRR is making several changes to its schedule.
The railroad's popular "Cannonball" service begins this Friday. The 4:06 p.m. train takes riders to Westhampton in just 95 minutes and leaves Montauk on Sunday evening.
There also will be extra service to Greenport, The Hamptons, and Montauk.
