Police say a West Babylon man is accused of driving high on drugs and slamming into a minivan in Deer Park.
The incident happened on Deer Park Avenue and Acorn Street around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police say Duquan Faulk, 21, blew the traffic light at that intersection and slammed into the minivan.
The driver of that van suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police say Faulk ran from the scene but was caught a short time later.
Officers say they also found a loaded gun in his car that had been stolen from Virginia.
