Police say a Central Islip teen lost control of his car and died in a two-car crash on Monday night.
Police say Anthony Fucci, 17, was driving on Lowell Avenue near Santiwood Street when he hit a car going the other way around 7 p.m.
Fucci died at the hospital a short time later.
The driver of the car and his two sons were treated for minor injuries.
