Homes damaged during Superstorm Sandy, Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee were up for auction Tuesday at bargain prices.
A total of 155 homes were on the auction block - many needing extensive work and may need to be raised.
The opening bid for a home worth $440,000 before Sandy was just $103,000.
