Police: 4 men arrested in connection to West Islip home invasion

Police say that four men are behind bars in connection with a West Islip home invasion early Sunday morning. 



Authorities say Joseph Cardona, Edward Flaherty, Frank Fabozzi and Thomas Hillier entered a home on Bay Shore Avenue around 3 a.m. 



The suspects allegedly hit two victims with a bat and took off with items from inside the house. 



Police were able to arrest the men nearby. 



Investigators say the house was targeted.
