The limo driver involved in the fatal crash on the North Fork is planning to sue Southold Town.
Lawyers for limo driver Carlos Pino, of Old Bethpage, have filed a notice of claim.
They blame Southold Town of negligence and dangerous road conditions on Route 48 at Depot Lane in Cutchogue for Pino's injuries.
As News 12 has reported, four young women were killed in July at that intersection. Police say the limo was hit by a drunken driver as it tried to make a U-turn.
