Funeral held for girl killed in Hempstead shooting

Family and friends said goodbye today to a 12-year-old Hempstead girl killed by a stray bullet in her home.



Dejah Joyner's grieving family gathered at Union Baptist Church in Hempstead this morning for her wake and funeral.



Dejah was struck in the head by a bullet that pierced the front window of her Hempstead home.



Police are still offering a $75,000 reward for help finding the child's killer.
