The University of Connecticut student from Bayville, charged with breach of peace and criminal trespass during a viral mac and cheese tirade, is no longer a student at the university.
During the incident caught on cellphone video, Luke Gatti became physical with a cafeteria manager when the staff would not serve him jalapeno bacon macaroni and cheese. Gatti was allegedly drunk during the ordeal.
He has been banned from University of Connecticut property.
University officials did not say if the 19-year-old was expelled or if he left on his own.
