A firefighter is recovering after he was injured battling a fire in Great Neck Estates.
Officials say the flames broke out at around 4:30 p.m. Friday on Willow Place.
They say it took them hours to get the flames under control because part of the home collapsed.
There is no word yet on what caused the fire.
