A North Babylon man is accused of robbing several Suffolk County sandwich shops at gunpoint.
Police say Michael Burwell robbed the Quiznos on Sunrise Highway back in May.
According to police, the 24-year-old held up the Subway on Connetquot Avenue in Islip Terrace two months later. Then, roughly 30 minutes later, he robbed the Subway on Vets Highway in Islandia.
Burwell was arrested at his North Babylon home last night. He faces several charges, including resisting arrest.
