A Queens dad accused of driving drunk with his teenage daughter in the car is facing felony DWI charges.
Police say Ramon Garcia, 57, was arrested on the Long Island Expressway near Exit 60 in Ronkonkoma at around 11 p.m. Sunday.
According to police, Garcia was speeding and his car didn't have any taillights on.
News 12 Long Island has learned that his 14-year-old and other family members were in the car at the time.
